Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies focused on social media platforms. You will manage campaigns, create compelling content, analyze performance, and help strengthen our brand's online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and visual content in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and run paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
