We're looking for a Social Media & Creative Specialist to handle the digital storytelling and visual content of two lifestyle-driven brands — a flower café and a real estate company known for residential, commercial and office developments.

This role is perfect for someone who can balance creativity with structure — from planning content calendars and designing decks to managing social media pages that truly represent our brand stories.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content for both brands (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with each brand's goals
  • Design presentation decks, digital brochures, and marketing materials using Canva or PowerPoint
  • Capture and edit basic photo/video content for posts and stories
  • Write clear and engaging captions with consistent tone and branding
  • Monitor engagement, analytics, and trends to guide content direction
  • Collaborate with the owner and team for creative campaigns and events
  • Maintain organized digital files and brand templates

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Skilled in Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation design (PowerPoint or Keynote)
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video editing (CapCut or similar tools)
  • Creative eye for layout, composition, and brand consistency
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects
  • (Plus) Experience with real estate, lifestyle, or café brands

Compensation & Benefits

₱20,000 – ₱25,000/month (depending on experience)
