Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing the company's online presence and developing data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This role involves planning and analyzing social media campaigns, creating creative content and visuals, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with the company's goals and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create and design engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short videos for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor page performance, engagement, and conversion metrics using social media analytics tools.
  • Evaluate campaign results and provide reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for promotional activities, announcements, and branding consistency.
  • Research trends, audience behavior, and competitors to enhance digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain an active and professional online presence that reflects the company's values and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management, analytics, or digital marketing (experience in pharmacy or retail industry is a plus).
  • Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics and reporting tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
