- Take minutes at project meetings.
Client and supplier relations:
Act as a liaison between the company and clients or suppliers.
- Foster positive client relationships.
- Document management: Maintain organized files for business, projects, and regulatory documents.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other office software.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in the glass and aluminum or construction industry is often a plus.
