About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and operations tasks. This role is fully remote and does not require direct client meetings. You will be responsible for keeping our admin systems organized, handling reporting, and assisting with finance and communication follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ClickUp to ensure tasks and projects run smoothly.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage the admin email inbox, responding to and organizing emails.
- Prepare client quotes using Canva templates (no design skills required).
- Follow up on client quotes and provide updates to the team.
- Occasionally order items such as gift baskets for clients.
- Perform other basic administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with admin and project management tools (ClickUp experience a plus).
- Basic familiarity with Canva (using templates, no design skills needed).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
