Job Purpose:

A Compliance Officer oversees monitoring and securing the Company's and its Client's System. The Compliance Team provides a professional service to our clients and ensures the proper functioning of systems in order to avoid fraudulent or non-compliant activities from occurring.

Temporary WFH Setup - Shifting Schedules

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor establishment activities and system function to ensure they function normally.
  • Report all violations and suspicious behaviour to Supervisors or related parties verbally or in writing to address the issue.
  • Observe system operations for abnormal or irregular activities.
  • Carry out due diligence to detect and identify the non-compliance or violations.
  • Gather and analyse data with accurate information to assist in internal review and checking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports to superiors.
  • Performs other tasks and assignments that are deemed necessary for operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Diploma holder with experience in risk, fraud detection, or compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Spreadsheet.
  • Good understanding of company policies, confidentiality, and data privacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Filipino and English.
  • Willing to be trained in compliance procedures and regulatory matters.
