Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and internal policies

  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across property transactions and operations

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage licensing, permits, and documentation

  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in real estate or property management

  • Strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and corporate governance

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Integrity-driven with a keen eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
