About the Role

We are looking for a Document Controller with strong experience using Procore and Aconex. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project documentation for our construction and engineering projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize project documents using Procore and Aconex.
  • Maintain document control systems, ensuring all files are up-to-date and properly categorized.
  • Track revisions, approvals, and document distribution across project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards.
  • Provide support to project managers and engineers in document coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering industries.
  • Proficient in Procore and Aconex platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
