About the Role:

We're looking for a Frontend/UI Engineer (Work-From-Home) skilled in and Tailwind CSS to build fast, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. You'll work on key web app modules such as Case Management, Time & Task, Billing, and Document Management while collaborating with a remote, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web application modules using and Tailwind CSS
  • Integrate front-end components with REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Ensure WCAG accessibility and responsive design standards
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and QA teams
  • Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control via Git/GitHub
  • Optimize performance and resolve UI/UX issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3–5 years of frontend development experience
  • Proficiency in , Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility
  • Experience with API integration and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with agile workflows is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with UI testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
  • Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
  • Understanding of CI/CD and version control best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
