About the Role:

We're looking for a Support Analyst to perform critical data validation, reconciliation, and documentation tasks. The role ensures data accuracy, consistency across reports, and reliable portal or creditor communications while supporting internal team operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation using Excel or CSV files
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and templates (Word, PDF)
  • Test and verify portal and creditor communications for accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of findings
  • Support process improvements and collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in data validation, reconciliation, or support operations
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and document formatting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in financial, administrative, or data support roles
  • Familiarity with workflow documentation or quality control processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
