Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Specialist, based in Metro Manila. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include understanding and demonstrating product knowledge, maintaining store standards, handling inquiries and complaints, and achieving sales targets.

  • Effective Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
