Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Specialist located in Taguig City. The Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for managing product displays, inventory control, vendor and customer relationships, sales analysis, pricing strategies, and ensuring that store layout and ambiance appeal to customers. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, updating merchandising plans, and monitoring sales performance to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong Organization Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Previous experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
