Job Description: Globe Retail Sales Specialist Position

Summary

The Globe Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales, and promoting Globe's full suite of mobile, broadband, and digital lifestyle products. This role ensures every customer receives a seamless, personalized experience while helping them choose the right solutions to stay connected.

Key Responsibilities & Customer Service

  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend the best Globe products and services.
  • Sell mobile plans, prepaid services, broadband subscriptions, devices, and value-added offers.
  • Provide hands-on demos of devices, apps, and services to enhance customer understanding.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns promptly.

Store Operations

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with store merchandising, product displays, and promotional setups.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with Globe's retail brand standards.
  • Monitor product inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and customer service metrics.
  • Provide daily or weekly sales updates to the Store Leader or Supervisor.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, product launches, and competitor offerings.

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent service and follow-ups.
  • Educate customers about Globe apps, self-service tools, and loyalty programs.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth activation of services.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate.
  • Experience in retail sales, telecom, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain devices and digital services clearly.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
