Job Description

RETAIL ASSOCIATE - Läderach / Bath & Body Works / Victoria's Secret

POSITION SUMMARY

  • To create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals.
  • Represent the Brand in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business.
  • Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and provide information about the product in question.
  • Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.
  • Candidate with more experience in Retail Associate with sizeable stores might considered as Senior Retail Associate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A new graduate is considerable, but one year's experience in the retail industry is preferable.

  • Passionate in home-fragrance, luxury brands and a love for customer experience.

  • Excellent in interpersonal and customer services skills.
  • Good team player, pleasant, outgoing and willing to learn.
