Position: Retail and Sales Operations Specialist – Agri-Tech & Fresh Produce

(Metro Manila, Hybrid)

Location: Metro Manila | Set-up: Hybrid (Office + Field Visits)

Company: A fast-growing modern farming & agri-tech company revolutionizing how vegetables are grown, distributed, and sold in the Philippines.

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you'll act as the control tower for retail inventory across 90+ stores, ensuring optimized product allocation, minimal waste, and strong store-level performance. You'll work cross-functionally with merchandisers, logistics, and management to drive sell-through of highly perishable produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily ground data to optimize store-level inventory and minimize pull-outs.
  • Coordinate with 60+ merchandisers and store buyers across Metro Manila.
  • Conduct routine store visits to validate data and improve displays & assortment.
  • Maintain dashboards & trackers for sales, waste %, availability, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with farms, logistics, and retail teams for synchronized operations.
  • Represent the company in buyer meetings, trade activities, and in-store events.
  • Scout and support new retail expansion opportunities in cities like Cebu, El Nido, etc.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, demand planning, sales ops, or merchandise ops.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, modeling).
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with store-level fieldwork and chillers/backroom checks.
  • Bonus: background in perishables, category management, or promo planning.

  • Sell-through rate, Waste %, On-Shelf Availability, Days of Supply, Forecast Accuracy.
