Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for Human Resources Shared

Services- US Benefits) to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our HR Shared Services

team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can provide strategic direction while

ensuring the team delivers high-quality HR support to employees of the client we serve. The

Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, fostering a positive

team environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:


• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver

exceptional customer service.


• Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide regular feedback to

ensure team success.


• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, identifying

opportunities for development and growth.

Process Improvement:


• Identify areas for process efficiency and quality improvements within HR Shared

Services, implementing best practices.


• Work with leadership to standardize and streamline HR processes within the project


• Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce operational costs, and increase

employee satisfaction.

Employee Support:


• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR services, including employee inquiries,

onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR-related

functions in compliance with our Client policies and procedures.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while maintaining a high

level of confidentiality and compliance.


• Act as a point of escalation for complex employee issues and resolve them in a

timely and effective manner.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:


• Work closely with Delivery Managers and other departments to ensure HR services

align with business needs.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage HR projects and initiatives.


• Provide feedback and insights to HR leadership on service delivery trends and team

performance.


• Be able to assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure

maximum alignment of knowledge across all staff levels

Compliance & Reporting:


• Ensure all HR Shared Services activities are compliant with relevant laws,

regulations, and organizational policies.


• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, employee service

metrics, and process improvements.

Qualifications:


• Education & Experience:

o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field.

o 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Shared Services HelpDesk, with

at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within HR Shared Services.

o Experience with HRIS systems, HR processes, and service delivery models.


• Skills & Competencies:

o Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflict.

o Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.


• Preferred Qualifications:
