Benefits Administration Specialist

Responsible for the processing and submission of received forms related to government mandated benefits, prepares government remittance statutory report and company benefits.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Performs assigned tasks related to benefit administration of assign accounts.
· Update the status of employees (new joiner and leavers) using government online facility.
· Maintain files reports
· Schedules and visits client's office
· Prepares and sends weekly monitoring reports.
· Generates reports from government facilities
· Prepares monthly collection list of government remittance and posting of statutory deductions
· Prepares ADHOC reports
· Ensures all documents are submitted to government agencies within the agreed SLA
· Prepares payroll input /instructions for government loans
· Process sickness, maternity claims, government loans and company benefits
· Performs other tasks as required from time to time

Competencies:
· Previous experience working an HR shared services model is an advantage

· Demonstrated ability to understand the labor, statutory and tax regulations affecting the payroll and benefits practices

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience; advanced degree in Human Resources is an advantage.
· 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience leading HR specialists in the areas of pension and benefits administration, and other HR operations functions.
· Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments; experience working in an international organization is an advantage
· Knowledgeable on Philippines statutory regulations is an advantage
· With excellent skills in using Microsoft applications (Advance Excel, Macro, PowerPoint, etc.);

Pay: Php20, Php27,000.00 per month
