US Benefits Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
• Support the day-to-day operations and evaluation in a global shared services environment of all Total Rewards program, including but not limited to the following:
o Health and Welfare Benefits, (e.g. medical, dental, life insurance)
o Recognition and Work/Life benefits (e.g., education benefits, backup care)
o Retirement (e.g. savings)
o Well-being (e.g., mental health, health promotion and health management programs)
o Workplace Health and Safety (e.g., vaccination programs, environmental safety)
o Talent development initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- You must have 5+ years of progressive HR experience in at least two of the following areas: benefits administration, compensation, absence management in a global shared service environment
- You must have 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience in a global share service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Ability to interpret and apply policies related to ADA, FMLA, and wage compliance
- Ability to analyze and present data for decision-making, Project and vendor management.
