₱17,000 – ₱18,000 per month

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any 4-year course

· With at least 1- 2 years of administrative and clerical work experience

· Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PPT)

· Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

· Strong Data Entry skills & High attention to detail

· Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial, employee & administrative files

· Ability to work with less supervision and as a part of the team

· With experience & knowledge in Logistics / Warehouse process

· Good attitude, Problem Solver with customer service skills

· Must be willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan

· Can start asap

Job Description:

· Assists in the office administration, monitoring & posting of regulatory requirements.

· Handles warehouse petty cash, reimbursement & liquidation

· Assists in the enforcement of Company and Building House Rules, Policies, Restrictions & Regulations on security, safety, housekeeping & garbage collection to ensure compliance with the company's standard.

· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos & emails.

· Coordinate task to specific departments

· Process permits & other regulatory requirements

· Daily monitoring and submission of employees attendance

· Prepare weekly vehicle maintenance and delivery reports

· Record and monitor PMS conducted

· Follow-up PM mechanic for the PM schedule

· Ensure cleanliness of warehouse

· Perform other task that maybe assign from time to time
