Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an Administrative Staff Reliever to temporarily support our team for six (6) months. The role is ideal for candidates with administrative and clerical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
- Prepare reports, and correspondence as required
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the department
Qualifications:
- At least [1] years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Type: Temporary (Reliever for Maternity Leave)
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Work Schedule: [Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM]
