HR and Administrative Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the HR function such as Recruitment, Training, Empoyee Relations, etc.
- Directs the administration of employee relations policies, programs and procedures
- Administratively oversees buildings, grounds, and facilities; health, safety, and housekeeping; security; as well as liaison activities with the community and the LGU.
- Communicates to the corporate heads, key persons, regarding the plant's status, needs and progress in accordance with the company's developmental plan
- Ensures that all operational materials are well-maintained and at the right level of inventory to sustain plant operations
- Ensures the preparation, checking, consolidation and submission of work-related reports and reviews monthly plant updates
- Evaluates and reviews plant annual budget, service/purchase request forms and receiving Forms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Behavioral Science or HR
- At least 5 years' related experience in similar capacity preferably gained from a manufacturing set-up
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Amenable to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
- Amenable to work onsite
