Job Title: Part-Time Marketing Operations Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)

Job Summary:

Yumna Jewelers, a distinguished family-owned luxury jeweler based in Raleigh, NC, is undergoing a significant strategic expansion. We are seeking a highly capable and autonomous Part-Time Marketing Operations Coordinator to be our primary marketing executor, driving our digital presence, managing campaigns, and transforming data into actionable insights. This is a pivotal role for a professional who can independently manage key marketing functions for a US-based luxury brand. You will be instrumental in building our digital moat, optimizing our client outreach, and providing the data-driven intelligence needed to secure long-term partnerships. This role offers significant growth potential as our brand expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize targeted digital advertising campaigns (social media, search, email) for specific product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance meticulously, adjusting strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion within defined budgets.
  • CRM & Customer Data Strategy:
  • Own the CRM system: Manage, update, and meticulously segment our customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Develop and implement processes for capturing, organizing, and leveraging customer data to enhance personalization and outreach effectiveness.
  • Create detailed customer lists for both automated and highly personalized direct outreach campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze marketing campaign data, website analytics, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate clear, concise, and actionable weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance, providing insights directly to the CEO.
  • Digital Presence Management:
  • Manage and update website content (product descriptions, blog posts, images, landing pages) to ensure accuracy, optimize user experience (minor UI/UX changes), and reflect brand messaging.
  • Ensure all digital assets are consistently on-brand, high-quality, and strategically aligned.
  • Email Marketing Mastery:
  • Develop and execute sophisticated email marketing funnels and campaigns, from strategy to deployment and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compelling copy and engaging visuals (collaborating with a freelance graphic designer) for all email communications.
  • Strategic Support & Collaboration:
  • Work directly with the US-based CEO (Safi) to translate strategic vision into operational marketing plans and execution.
  • Collaborate with the NC State Marketing Intern, guiding them on data collection methods, social media content, and basic photography to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
  • Assist in identifying and researching local high-end businesses and community events for potential brand alignment partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Marketing Expertise: 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM administration, and data analysis.
  • Independent Operator: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and campaigns autonomously, taking ownership from strategy to execution.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication, capable of crafting compelling marketing copy and delivering clear reports.
  • Organizational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management capabilities in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new tools and strategies within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines.

Compensation & Hours:

  • Compensation: $205 - $275 USD per month (approx. PHP 11,900 - PHP 16,000, depending on exchange rate)
  • Hours: Part-time, approximately 70-80 hours per month (around hours per week), with a flexible schedule to accommodate team collaboration across time zones.
