Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Officer based in Quezon City. The Training Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting employee training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of such programs. Day-to-day tasks include organizing workshops, preparing training materials, and working closely with various departments to identify training needs and opportunities for employee development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training & Development, Training, and Employee Training
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
