
Real Estate Training Officer

The Training Officer (Supervisor Level) will take the lead in creating, conducting, and evaluating training programs for our growing organization. This role focuses on enhancing the skills of real estate brokers, agents, and customer service teams, ensuring they are equipped with the right knowledge, techniques, and tools to succeed.
You will also oversee the turnover training process for buyers and clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and facilitate sales training programs for brokers, agents, and frontline teams.
- Oversee turnover orientation and training for new homeowners/clients.
- Develop training modules on customer service excellence, compliance, and sales techniques.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and recommend effective interventions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to new and tenured employees to strengthen competencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in real estate, sales, or customer service industries.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design engaging training materials (presentations, manuals, modules).
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and e-learning tools is an advantage.
- Supervisory experience or proven leadership in handling training initiatives.
