We are looking for a results-driven Training Officer to design, lead, and deliver impactful training programs focused on Android/mobile devices and third-party accessories. This role plays a key part in strengthening the Retail Team's product expertise, sales performance, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps among retail staff.
  • Develop and update training materials such as product manuals, e-learning modules, and workshop presentations.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to reinforce learning and improve performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Android/mobile products and accessories and share insights with the retail team.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Track and report training results and recommend improvements to the Training Manager and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate or retail training, preferably in the tech or mobile industry.
  • Strong understanding of Android/mobile devices and accessories.
  • Skilled in using learning management systems (LMS) and data tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with a positive and goal-oriented mindset.
