We are hiring Chat Support Representatives This is a contractual role, perfect for individuals who are eager to gain BPO experience and build a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve basic concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by following company guidelines and processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Open to new graduates or newbies with no prior BPO experience.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Computer literate and able to multitask.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Amenable to a contractual/project-based setup.
