We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in English and Mandarin to assist student applicants throughout the enrollment process. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth application experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position also includes outbound calling, data accuracy, and collaboration with team members to improve support tools and communication.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a BPO role using both English and Mandarin
  • Basic understanding of data privacy (GDPR) is a plus
  • Friendly, dependable, self-driven, and adaptable
  • Can stay organized and focused in a busy work environment
  • Good communication skills—both spoken and written
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Call student applicants to help complete their enrollment
  • Provide helpful support through phone, email, and chat
  • Share clear information about the application and enrollment process
  • Answer questions and guide students through each step
  • Meet service level goals and response times
  • Keep records accurate and up to date
  • Support other tasks as needed by the team or company.
