About the role

We are seeking a talented Chat Support Representative (Non-voice) to join the customer service team at ALL ASIA MANPOWER SERVICES, INC.' This is a full-time role based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels, ensuring our customers receive a seamless and positive experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through live chat channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers to address their needs and concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
