Job Description

As an English Chat Operator, you will engage with subscribers professionally and

creatively, providing personalized experiences that encourage interaction and long-

term engagement. Your mission is to build enjoyable and meaningful connections

that enhance user satisfaction and community belonging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to subscribers' messages promptly, professionally, and engagingly.
  • Use creativity and empathy to deliver personalized communication.
  • Adhere to company and client policies, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Keep detailed records of subscriber interactions and report potential issues.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Must Have relevant experience in any chatting platform
  • Must be residing around metro manila
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible and confident in engaging in diverse types of conversations.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
  • Open to flexible or shifting work schedules.
  • Experience with chat or CRM software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
