Job Description

  • Responsible for operating e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada), monitoring key performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Optimize product links, store layout, product titles, and inventory management, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase transaction conversion rate.
  • Regularly analyze promotion and sales data, prepare actionable reports, and provide insights to support business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, designers, and ad managers, to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization) and ability to produce structured, data-driven reports.
  • Good communication skills in English is a must.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada operations, including traffic logic and sales methodologies, is preferred.
  • Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
