ROLE DESCRIPTION

Social Media Associate maintains the company's online presence. His/Her main responsibilities include developing strategies to generate a fan base and increase traffic on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. These strategies are conceptualized by creating a strategic campaign calendar with goals and agendas to increase audience awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in similar field preferred.
  3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Good interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  4. Strong organization and project management skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist with digital media research and media planning
  2. Consult with Branding and other departments to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives
  3. Assist in developing and presenting creative briefs to the team
  4. Assist in developing social media campaigns in support of line of business objectives
  5. Suggest insights and analysis that will fuel the social media campaign
  6. Coordinate with relevant internal and external marketing partners; media schedules, social media schedules, partner communications.
  7. Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed such as process improvements, calendar development and execution
  8. Monitor analytics and track key metrics against goals within the social media team
