Job Summary:

As an E-Commerce Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, including product listings, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns tailored for each platform.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Sales Optimization: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates and maximize revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to align efforts and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada's functionalities and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce tools and platforms, as well as basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
