We are currently seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our team as Dining Assistant at Gringo Makati Restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced dining environment, we'd love to meet you

Job Summary:

As a Dining Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will assist with front-of-house operations including taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and supporting the overall restaurant team.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with standard dining service procedures and restaurant operations

Excellent customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Friendly, approachable personality with a neat and professional appearance

Prior experience in a casual or fast-casual dining restaurant is highly preferred

Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems

Knowledge or experience in coffee preparation or barista duties is a plus

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
