Tatatito Filipino Restaurant is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our growing team We are currently hiring a DINING ASSISTANT who will help us deliver a warm and authentic Filipino dining experience right in the heart of Makati.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setup (Internship experience is welcome)
  • Familiar with the basic sequence of customer service
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has a pleasing and professional demeanor
  • Service-oriented and a team player
  • Willing to be assigned and report on-site in Makati

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Rotate between various Front-of-House (FOH) stations, as needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards set by the health department and the company
