About the role
Excello Restaurant Management Group is seeking an experienced Server to join our vibrant team at our flagship restaurant in Parañaque and Pasay Cities. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders, communicating with the kitchen, and delivering meals and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
- Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between guest seatings
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
- Assisting with side duties such as restocking and light food preparation
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a polite and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing for long periods and carrying trays of food and drinks
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash and card payments
