As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and leave with a smile on their faces. What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers, providing menus and making recommendations
  2. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Delivering meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner
  4. Clearing tables, resetting place settings, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area
  5. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  6. Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed
  7. Upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards
  8. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Food Server, waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  4. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures and etiquette
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language
  7. Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude
