About the role

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Dining Sales Staff to join the team at Manduca Foods Corporation's retail location in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business and contribute to providing an excellence service dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with menu selections, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Assist with cash handling and processing customer payments
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues and working collaboratively
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
