Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Restaurant Server to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct.
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Clear plates, refill drinks, and maintain a clean and organized table.
  • Promote specials or featured menu items.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean work area and help with daily cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Server
  • College undergraduate
  • With pleasing personality
  • Willing to undergo training
