Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and present menus in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly according to company standards.
  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after each guest.
  • Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.
  • Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and promptly.
  • Process payments accurately and return change or receipts as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and comply with food safety regulations.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a server or in a hospitality setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
