Receptionist / Executive Secretary

Job description:

1. Handling request/requirements between the company and building admin;

2. Application processing & follow up, ex: gate pass, work permit, access card, etc.

3. Greeting and leading visitors to according person;

4. Coordinating with HR for applicants interview;

5. Conference/negotiation room organizing;

6. Pantry and office supply inventory monitoring;

7. Purchased office supplies, janitorial and other office needs.

8. Coordinating with housekeeper to maintain the public area clean and tidy;

9. Bulletin board updating;

10. Responsible for updating DTR and attendance monitoring sheet.

11. Complete other assignment directly from supervisor.

12. Custodian of influencers / OG accounts sim card.

13. Responsible in creating and preparing payment request for the existing official emails and requested account from the management.

14. Responsible for ensuring completeness of official forms in the office.

15. Responsible in vehicle request, drives trip and vehicle maintenance process/reports.

16. Assist fire extinguisher annual refilling and monitoring.

17. Assist in any admin concern and related issues.

18. Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management or any other related course;

Proven experience as Receptionist / Executive Secretary
