Job Title: IT Service Desk

Set-up: Onsite

Schedule: Graveyard shift & shifting schedule

Salary: 31,500 basic +5,800 allowance

Start date: ASAP

Benefits:

-150k MBL for employee + 3 covered dependents at 150k MBL each per illness per year. Employee and dependents are covered on Day 1 of joining.

-5k medicine reimbursements/year (Applicable only for employee's prescription medicines).

-Option to avail additional Medical Insurance from other HMO providers but premium will be shouldered by the employee (details will be discussed during HR Orientation)

-12 VL per year (balance for the year will be carried over to the following year); 12 SL per year (8 unused is converted to cash)

-13th month pay

-HMO qualified dependents based on the employee's marital status will be shared in JO stage

Qualifications:

-Completed at least 1 yr in college (w/ TOR)

-1 yr IT Service Desk or TSR expi

-With knowledge in basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and account-related problems

-Can perform password resets, account unlocks, and software installation requests.

-Can start this October

-Amenable to work in McKinley,Taguig
