Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and determines total job costs and manpower expenses, ensuring accurate projections for budgeting and organizational planning.
  • Reviews and recommends pay structure adjustments, benefits enhancements, and incentives in line with market competitiveness and company capability.
  • Plans and manages compensation and benefits requirements for expansions, headcount increases, or structural changes.
  • Ensures timely planning and execution of administrative and support services requirements in coordination with relevant units.
  • Oversees benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary surveys to maintain equitable and competitive compensation programs.
  • Provides analytical reports and recommendations to management on manpower cost, compensation trends, and budget utilization.
  • Supervises and develops the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in a supervisory capacity handling compensation and benefits.
  • Strong background in job costing, salary structuring, manpower budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Expertise in pay plan design, incentive programs, and total rewards management.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems for data integration and reporting accuracy.
  • Strong planning and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential payroll and employee information.
  • Ability to design and implement policies that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • High analytical capacity and sound business judgment to support executive decision-making.
  • Willing to work beyond regular office hours, weekends, or holidays when operationally required.
