About the role

NXTMILE Motors Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Kawit Cavite. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall accounts payable function within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and code invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
  • Maintain a detailed accounts payable ledger and reconcile accounts on a regular basis
  • Support the timely payment of invoices within established policies and procedures
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and controls

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and best practices
