The Accounting Finance is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports. This role involves handling general ledger accounts, preparing reconciliations, assisting in audits, and supporting management with financial analysis for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of all accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and internal company policies.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense monitoring.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare tax returns and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Support cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and employee information.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
