  • Supervise and coordinate insurance claims activities across all 3 Suzuki dealerships under Nxt Mile Motors, Inc.
  • Manage and guide the team, ensuring alignment with the dealership's objectives.
  • Visit in-house insurers regularly and build referral partnerships with external organizations.
  • Review performance of claim processing across all dealerships and ensure compliance with dealer flat rates and profitability standards.
  • Assist accounting in collection follow-up with in-house insurers and ensure accurate payment reconciliation.
  • Lead the team to achieve monthly Utilization Rate (UR) and Gross Profit (GP) targets across all dealerships.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager or General Manager.
