General Function:

Manages the account assistants in performing their task in managing all application statys and ensure to keep the process within the prescribed turn-around time. He is responsble for servicing account officers for effective and efficient loan delivery from the receipt of loan application to post servicing

Responsibilities:

1. Daily monitoring of all personal loan applications from accredited agencies, companies and secured clients and cards businesses.

2. Regularly updtes the Accounts Officers, sales Agencies, Accredited Companies, Branches and Invididual clients of application status through MIS report given by the support unites

3. Keep records and updates files of service level agreements from the different units of the bank in relation to effective and efficient process and support of the sales unit

4. Maintain and enhance good and healthy business relationship with clients and loan intermediaries. 

5. Maints the universal records of loan cient according to policies of the bank

6. All other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

4 years college Degree in Accounting, Economic or any Business Management related course

2 years of relevant work experience
