Job Summary:
As the Sales Head, you will lead the overall Business-to-Business (B2B) sales strategy and performance of the organization. You will oversee sales operations, set revenue goals, and develop strategies to expand market presence and strengthen client partnerships.
You will guide and mentor the sales team, including Sales Managers, to ensure alignment with company objectives, consistent achievement of targets, and the delivery of innovative, technology-driven sales solutions.
Your leadership will be key in fostering collaboration, driving business growth, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
- 12+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong background in B2B sales within Banks, Real Estate Developers, or Real Estate Service Providers
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of property and land registration processes, compliance, and legal frameworks
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to leverage technology and market insights to drive innovation and business growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php150, Php230,000.00 per month
