About the Role

We are looking for an Order Dispatcher who will make sure all customer orders are packed correctly, dispatched on time, and delivered smoothly. You will be the main link between the warehouse team, couriers, and other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure all packed orders are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and the operations team for timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments and delivery status.
  • Solve problems related to delivery delays or incorrect orders.
  • Keep records of dispatched orders and shipments.

Qualifications

  • College level or related course is an advantage
  • Experience in dispatching, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or order tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
