Order Fulfillment Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with inventory management to verify product availability ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and report any stock issues or delays as well as discrepancies.
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders according to specific requirements
  • Generate order list, pick list, packing slips, and shipping documents and other pertinent documents.
  • Ensure all orders are correctly fulfilled and released for loading
  • Manage returns and exchanges, updating inventory records and issuing replacements as per company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve any issues or complaints involving products or shipments
  • Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring they are handled efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the storage and dispatch areas
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation tasks to ensure all orders have been processed correctly and address any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that all the employees work towards achieving the objectives related to inventory control management and make suggestions for improvement to the management.
  • Ensures that the different operating sections consistently & and strictly achieve the designated performance indicators.
  • Continuous improvement of processes in all areas of the operations
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong focus on accuracy to ensure all order details are correct and complete.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least two years work experience.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or relevant field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php695.00 per day
