  • Prepare and organize dispatch documents such as delivery receipts.
  • Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel for schedule and route assignments.
  • Communicate with warehouse and sales teams to verify items availability and readiness for dispatch.
  • Ensure all outgoing items are properly documented and match the requested orders.
  • Maintain records of dispatched deliveries, including time, date, location, and vehicle details.
  • Track deliveries and respond to inquiries about delivery status.
  • Report any issues or delays in delivery to the concerned department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during dispatch operations.
  • Support the dispatch supervisor in day-to-day logistics operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php11, Php13,000.00 per month
